486 University Posting Policy

理由是: 通知社区有关团体或个人可以在韦德体育app官网(大学)财产和大学建筑内张贴印刷材料的适当程序和地点.

政策: 任何官方认可的大学部门或组织都可以在任何授权的公告栏或展示区域张贴与小组活动有关的材料, subject to restrictions and regulations defined in this policy.

任何校外团体或个人如欲在校内张贴任何材料，必须事先获得学生活动中心的批准. 如果获得批准，这些材料可以张贴在授权的公告栏或展示区域. When advertising for a service, 产品, 大学部门或组织已经提供的活动或事件，或者材料与大学的角色和使命不一致, 在张贴的每一件材料上都必须有免责声明，说明它不是大学赞助的服务, 产品, activity or event.

  A.  Posting impedes normal University activity,

C.  当校园内有不适宜张贴印刷品的情况时. 

D.  张贴内容违反大学政策或条例, state or federal law.

E.  Posting is not consistent with the University role and mission.

SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY: 此政策适用于任何大学或非大学团体或个人希望在校园公共区域发布信息, on campus bulletin boards or other display areas.

Officially Recognized OU Group: University departments, faculty and staff organizations, student organizations of record, and OU 校友 organizations.

I.  Posting Regulations

A. Basic Regulations

3. Posting material will be removed after 30 days of the date stamp. Posting material not date stamped is subject to immediate removal.

6. Postings must be within the frame of the bulletin board. Do not post on top of other printed material. Do not remove other printed material already posted unless outdated.

10. Posting on vehicles in any University parking lot is prohibited.

B. 奥克兰中心/University 住房 Regulations

2.  横幅s and other printed materials to be posted in and around the residence halls must be approved by the Department of University 住房; banners and other printed materials to be posted in and around the Campus 娱乐 Center must be approved by the Department of Campus 娱乐.  南基堂鱼缸内的窗户不允许悬挂横幅.

3.  Placement of table tents in the 奥克兰中心 can be scheduled through the Center for Student Activities; Vandenberg Dining Center table tents through the Departmenht of University 住房.

C. Student Mailbox Regulation

1.  学生组织邮箱可用于分发有关校内或校外服务的信息, 产品, 学生活动中心批准的活动或活动.

D. Student Government Election Regulations

E. Campus Roads and Entrances Regulations
